We insist you check all the items, quality at the point of delivery. If you are not at home/office where you receive the delivery or someone else receives the delivery on your behalf, please check the products and let us know immediately on email@example.com. A lot of products have very short shelf life to be able to actually verify the problem. We need to know this as soon as possible so that we can tighten up our processes and ensure the problems don't re-occur.
All our customers can return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and issue a credit note for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
We do a 100% replacement if there is any error in the delivery, stale products or damaged goods. The final discretion is left to our team to decide whether or not may be considered in case to case basis.

If you are a regular customer, our relationship with you is more important and we would love to cancel or return any orders; however last call would be taken by our customer care team. The regular customers can get a direct relationship manager number that they can use 24 x 7 for any issues.
While there is no option for a customer to cancel the order on their own, you can get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it.In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order as credits which could be used further anytime later for shopping. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
The amount will be refunded to you via credit points. These credit points can be used in your forthcoming purchases. In case of credit card payments we can also credit the money back to your credit/debit card or NetBanking which will take upto 15 working days. Please contact customer support for any assistance regarding this issue. Please note we will not be giving any cash refunds in any case even if the payment is by cash on delivery.
