How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
You will receive an email and a call confirmation from Eemli once your order is successfully placed. This will have all the details related to your order. For further assistance you can contact our customer service center.
How do I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by following steps:
- Log in to your account by clicking on 'Login / Sign Up' on the top right of the page
- Click on 'My Eemli' on top right of website header.
- Go to My Orders section in My Eemli.
- Click on the relevant order number to check its status.
How can I track my product shipment?
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the Order number. A mail is sent to the customer after the order is received with this number along with the product.
